By accessing or using iPDFPro at ipdfpro.com (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

These terms apply to all visitors and users of the Service. Use of the Service constitutes agreement to the current version of these terms.

2. The service

iPDFPro provides free online PDF processing tools including compression, conversion, editing, merging, splitting, and other file operations. The Service is provided free of charge and does not require account registration.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

3. Permitted use

You may use the Service to:

• Process PDF files that you own or have the legal right to process
• Convert, compress, edit, merge, split, and otherwise manipulate PDF files for personal or commercial purposes
• Use the processed output files for any lawful purpose

4. Prohibited use

You must not use the Service to:

• Upload files that you do not own or do not have permission to process
• Process files containing illegal content, including but not limited to child sexual abuse material
• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to the Service or its infrastructure
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to bulk-process files or overload the Service
• Circumvent any rate limits, file size limits, or other usage restrictions
• Resell access to the Service or claim it as your own product
• Use the Service for any purpose that violates applicable local, national, or international law

5. Your files

You retain full ownership of all files you upload to the Service. By uploading a file, you grant iPDFPro a limited, temporary licence to process the file solely for the purpose of performing the requested task.

Uploaded files and processed outputs are automatically deleted within 1 hour of processing. We do not claim any rights to your file content.

You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and process any file you submit to the Service.

6. Intellectual property

The iPDFPro website, brand, logo, design, and tool software are owned by iPDFPro and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the Service without prior written permission.

The output files you produce using the Service are yours. We do not claim ownership of the processed output.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that output files will be perfect or exactly match your expectations. PDF processing results may vary depending on the input file quality and format.

Always keep a backup of your original files before processing. We are not responsible for any file loss or corruption resulting from use of the Service.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, iPDFPro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to use the Service, which in most cases is zero as the Service is provided free of charge.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
