When you upload a file to iPDFPro for processing:

• The processed output is made available for you to download
• All uploaded files and processed outputs are permanently deleted within 1 hour
• We do not read, analyse, index, or retain the content of your files
• We do not share your files with any third party for any purpose

We strongly recommend that you do not upload files containing sensitive personal information such as passports, financial records, or confidential contracts unless you are comfortable with the handling described above.

3. Data we collect

iPDFPro does not require an account. We collect the following minimal technical data automatically when you use the service:

• Log data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps. This data is used for security monitoring and is retained for up to 30 days.
• Usage data: Aggregated, anonymous statistics about which tools are used. This data cannot be linked to any individual.
• Error data: Technical error reports to help us fix bugs and improve reliability.

If you contact us by email or through the contact form, we retain your email address and message content to respond to your inquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards.
